What surgical options do you provide?
Dr. Thomas is extremely experienced with two different operations for weight loss and offers them both: the Vertical Banded Gastroplasty, or VBG, and the Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, or RNY. They are offered either "open" or "laparoscopically", depending on the situation. Together, during your initial consultation, you and Dr. Thomas will determine which operation is best suited for you.
