Do you work with all HMO's?
Each physician determines whether he/she will accept payment and conditions of a particular HMO. The same is true of each hospital. Conditions of HMOs are determined by your employer (or other insurance source) and the insurance company. You will have to evaluate coverage by your HMO, and if you choose, staff can assist you do so.
